| Welcome to the Ruby Lake website. This site was created to provide useful information for our homeowners as well as to introduce our community to other interested parties. Established in 1997, Ruby Lake is a residential community comprised of 214 homes. It is adjacent to Lake Ruby and Lake Bess in Winter Haven, Florida. Winter Haven is famous for it Chain of Lakes - 16 freshwater lakes connected by a series of canals. The area offers a wide variety of opportunities for entertainment and is within an hour's drive of the Tampa and Orlando attractions. |

Schools
| Ruby Lake's children receive an excellent education in the Polk County schools. Students living in the Ruby Lake community attend Chain of Lakes Elementary School, Denison Middle School, or Lake Region Senior High School. In addition to traditional schools, the area is home to several magnet, choice, and charter schools. |
Location
| Ruby Lake is located on Cypress Gardens Boulevard approximately 2 miles west of U.S. Highway 27 and 2 miles east of Cypress Gardens Adventure Park. Ruby Lake is convenient to downtown Winter Haven (parks, library, restaurants, shopping), the Eagle Ridge Mall (Penneys, Sears, Dillards) and several other national retailers (Macy's, WalMart, Staples, Lowes, and Home Depot). |
